How to Make Multi-Cloud a Reality

The cloud has radically altered the business IT landscape, allowing organizations to develop more flexible, adaptable ways of working. But the reality is that not every workload belongs in the cloud and that not all clouds are the same.

Where hybrid cloud once described operating environments that were split between on-premise data center and a specific cloud platform, it now increasingly includes operations that are shared between multiple cloud platforms too. This ‘multi-cloud’ approach allows adopters to take advantage of specific functions and features that are unique to a specific provider and, in some cases, to better control their costs too.
