Chaplin has held senior leadership roles at Visa, First Data, and Global Processing Services, playing a key role in expanding payment networks, driving fintech innovation, and scaling businesses globally. His expertise spans card payments, mobile transactions, and B2B financial solutions.

A Track Record of Transforming Payments
Chaplin previously served as EVP & CIO at Visa, handling high-volume European processing operations. At First Data, he led global business development initiatives, while at Ixaris Payments, he helped build one of the largest payment providers for travel agencies worldwide.
He has also advised Helios Investment Partners, supporting major fintech growth across Africa, and chaired Global Processing Services, driving its $400M+ acquisition. Currently, he serves as Chair of the Remuneration Committee at Interswitch, the largest payments company in West Africa.
