Sailesh Munagala, the CFO of Vectra AI, will take advantage of his prior expertise in managing financial operations at Google, Palo Alto Networks, and Relativity to propel the company’s growth and innovation.  

Vectra AI, Inc., the leader in AI-driven XDR (extended detection and response), today announced the appointment of Sailesh Munagala as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Munagala is a highly experienced finance executive who has managed finance operations for numerous large-scale, rapidly expanding technology companies. Munagala joins the executive team at a pivotal moment in time as Vectra AI works to protect businesses from new threat vectors brought about by the quick uptake of Generative AI (GenAI) tools.

In his role as CFO at Vectra AI, Munagala will lead the company’s financial operations across the organization and be responsible for the company’s financial, legal, IT, and business operations functions. Munagala has over 20 years of experience managing financial and business operations for various organizations. Munagala comes to Vectra AI from Relativity, where he served as CFO, overseeing the company’s finance, accounting, real estate, and procurement functions. He oversaw financial planning and analysis for Google Cloud before joining Relativity. He has also held positions as vice president of finance at Palo Alto Networks and chief financial officer at Cortex.
